Zero Noise is a 4-session experiential mind-body workshop where you practise while you learn.
Each session includes guided exercises, reflection, nervous-system regulation, and practical tools to help you understand your thoughts, reduce mental noise, and respond more clearly in everyday life.
Session 1 — How Your Mind Creates Perception
Learn to notice that you are not your thoughts. Explore how the mind observes, interprets, and gives meaning to situations—and how changing that meaning can change your emotional response and behaviour.
Session 2 — The Voice in Your Head
Understand how judgments, assumptions, labels, and past conditioning shape your inner critic. Learn to separate your own thoughts from inherited voices and harsh self-judgment.
Session 3 — Signal vs Noise
Learn the difference between repetitive mental noise and the deeper signals coming from your emotions, body, values, and needs. Practise nervous-system regulation so clarity becomes easier to access.
Session 4 — Integration and Real-Life Application
Bring everything together. Apply the tools to relationships, work pressure, difficult emotions, and personal decisions—and create a practical plan for continuing the change in everyday life.
Zero Noise is an experiential workshop where you learn by practising:
